I'm a moderator for a streamer who has merch, I'm a merch admin for him. The mug initially looked great, then we've had complaints, 3 months later, the print has faded massively, you would expect to see this made in 10 years. It's frankly not good enough, and I'd like to get the mug replaced for the person who purchased the mug. This is our reputation, people don't know who produces the mugs, just we facilitate it.
