I love the hat. I love how it fits and feels as well as it looks amazing. I did notice when I got it that the emblem it was embroidered and had some frays of the yarn hanging off of it. I had to trim them off.
The actual Otto hat itself is great (I own a couple others), but the quality of the embroidery leaves a lot to be desired. Lines are not crisp and there are little blowouts at some of the intersections. I would not feel comfortable offering this level of embroidery quality to customers, so unfortunately this one is a one-off.
Why are you guys getting rid of this hat?! It's the only decent one similar to the Yupoong one that doesn't have the ugly green bottom part of the brim.
I like the stitching and the feedbck bc the logo was ajusted and u ask me to aprove or not so its a good service and ik realy like it now waiting for myb2nd purcase. The cofee mug
Absolutely amazing! Very sturdy, well made cap, the embroidered design is very well done! Only drawback that prevents it being 5 star is the limit on how many colors it can use in a design. My logo looks amazing despite this, so I'm overall very satisfied as a creator!
